Albert At Bay Suite Hotel, Ottawa

The hotel rooms were very clean and well appointed, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed, including great equipment like the treadmill. The service was wonderful, accommodating, cheerful, and quick to respond to all requests. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, business destinations, and within walking distance to major attractions like Parliament Hill and ByWard Market. The dining experience could have been better as it is not very convenient, but homemade cakes were a nice touch.

The hotel feels more like a small apartment, with a separate living room, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, a separate kitchen, and a lovely big comfortable bed - truly a home away from home.
